Yes, I finally got it to stop in the right position.
It must be a pulley powered by the cam shaft.
I do not believe I have seen one like that.
Really a shame that show is on the same time as ours at Buckley.
I would love to visit that show.

Look at 6:13 on the youtube.  There is a second shaft on that engine 
with a pulley.
