There are plenty of 36 volt chargers floating around, electric lawn mowers, golf carts, etc. Just don't allow to overcharge.  The battery load voltage will
load the charger voltage to below 32 volts while under the initial heavy charging load.  Once the cells begin to gas, begin checking the battery voltage,
 Don't allow the voltage to exceed 32 volts for any appreciable time, then check battery cell state of charge using a hydrometer.
