I'm not sure of the control method of the charger, but, you might be
able to use a 36volt charger with the AC side voltage being fed through
a "Variac" (variable auto transformer) to adjust the input voltage to
give you the 32 volt output. A 100 amp 32 volt charging rate would need
about need about 27 amps at ~120 volts input. A 240 volt variac would
then need to be able to handle about 13.5 amps.
