George,

Clearly you need a humanistic approach that will help Obama with both his
immigration issues and his horrific unemployment numbers.

You need to hire yourself a whole buncha wetbacks.  At least two or three per engine
should do it.  Fix 'em up with a good supply of dry rags and some engine oil.  Have
them continuously walking around "their" engine looking for condensation.  When they
see it, out come the dry rags and engine oil.

Problem solved.
