[SEL] Condensation problem in shop

I was kind of hoping that someone tried using fans and had good luck with that as it seems like one of the cheaper methods.

I do spray a lot of WD40 on metal services and it does help some in preventing rust, but does nothing to stop the condensation.

My shop building is partitioned off into three rooms and I am planning on clearing out the smallest room and relocating all my machine tools into that room as it could possibly keep some minimal amount of heat in that room and at least protect the machine tools.

George,

At Coolspring they cover all of the exposed metal with a coating of grease as a part
of the "winterizing" process.

As others have mentioned, the laws of nature are against you unless you can afford
to seal and heat the building, and you said that option was off the table.

See ya, Arnie
