[SEL] 5hp Ottawa Drag Saw

G'day all...life is good'
Buddy of mine who doesn't do cyberspace has a 5hp Ottawa Dragsaw, TG, EK 
Fired, both valves mechanically actuated and runs around 500 rpm.  It will 
boil water in a matter of minutes and he's wondering what the timing should 
be.  Says he can't find any reference on the newer engine with both valves 
mechanically actuated.

  Said he'd sure appreciate some help so told him I'd post on here.

Any ideas??
