Don't know for sure but I'll bet they don't want to see it retired 
either. I'll bet  Two things are putting the pressure, "no pun 
intended", on steam. Maintenance and Liability insurance on both 
maintenance and operation. These two being the leading issues.  Cost 
is putting the screws on so many things these days.  Mark
