[SEL] piston rings

Hi all;

I've done simular to what Andy described, except using a heave piece of cloth

in each hand, grabbing the ends of the ring, spread it a bit, slip it carefully over 

the piston.  don't let it get in the groove until you remove the cloth.

I've broken a few as well :)
