Hi Jerry,
Sorry to hear about your dog.

I had to put mine down in April.
She was 16 - Deaf - 80% Blind - Legs were getting weak - and she started
peeing in the house.
I got her when she was a mature puppy.
We had a good life together. 
There is a pic of her on my site.
