[SEL] Mica Tubing and washers

I can accept that Teflon should be better than mica but nothing is perfect,
including the hands that do the rebuilding. Maybe the Teflon problem with my
ignitor was the way the Teflon was used in the rebuilding. Will use Edd next
time instead of others. As for cheapness, $5 gets you enough mica to
completely insulate two ignitors.
