Lyle,

It's not as if these people asked NICELY.  It's not as if any of US are at 
fault for subscribing them to the list, and it's not as if any of us can do 
anything to REMOVE them from the list.
Most of us know it's not easy to get on the list in the first place, but the 
fact is that information on how to unsubscribe is accessible at the bottom 
of every single mail.  If people who've "accidently" found themselves here, 
and don't like it, want to leave, there's no need to flout their ignorance 
and rudely demand removal.  It's nothing to do with understanding the 
workings of a computer, it's to do with the ability to read and understand 
simple English, and basic good manners.
