[SEL] Literature Request for F-M Power Station

Elden,

We would like to do an article for the International Stationary Steam Engine 
Society's Bulletin about the FM rescue project so take good notes and 
pictures.

No ISSES isn't just about stationary steam, we're also into big stationary 
IC engines too!
