[SEL] Recent Lister CS Book

I can reassure you that David Edgington exists and answers his email too!
The cost of the Lister CS Story is £12 including postage in the UK, so I
guess you could figure around $30 once you factor in airmail.  The book is
brand-new within the last two weeks (6 July) and I have yet to see a copy
myself.  As far as I know, David is well.  He can be reached at
enginbooks at aol.com (that's right, no 'e'), or I can pass a message if there
is a mail problem?
