[SEL] Salesman Sample was Re: transport

I noticed on one of the photos the brand name of  "Flour City".  Rochester (where I live) is now nicknamed the  "Flower City" but, years back, it was know as the "Flour City" because  of the Genesee River waterfalls that powered the mills.  Is it  possible that this engine could have been made in these parts?

There was a Callahan Sample at Rollag this year... At least that is what
Kenny Wolf called it as it was his.  It was very cool...even the chain
drive mag worked.
