Here in the U. S. we have a torch very commonly used by plumbers,
HVAC techs etc---the best going.  TurboTorch by Thermadyne...

and Yes, ALL of their tips have lotsa air available right after the gas 
exits the orifice.

BTW---It is one thing to remian uncombustible...which none of us are. 
It is a much greater thing to remain uncombusted!
