Curt,it all looks good to me. If I was doing it myself I would likely 
machine a clean up cut on the chucking button as the first step or even 
after cleaning up the O.D of the piston. Then its a lot easier to set up 
again if you don't get it finished in one session or your mate comes in and 
wants a rush job done.
You have set it out very clearly. Nice job
