[SEL] Governor for Chevy 350 engine?

If you can find any one from western PA they can put this together with you 
in about a day.

When my son went to engineering college in PA  (Grove City) he and I 
learned that "Putasmallblockinit' is one word and almost any boy over 14 
can  Putasmallblockinit in about a day.  His friends really didn't 
understand why he didn't Putasmallblockinit to his Mazda RX7
