[SEL] Stover CT1

Hi need some help on my Stover. The trip assembly on the mag is sticking. 
When it trips the mag is does not go back far enough to latch and be ready 
for next trip. If i hold pressure on the trip rod at the valve it will go 
back. It appears something in side crank assembly is sticking. Just got the 
mag back from a rebuild now this problem.??????????? any and all 
information appreciated.
