[SEL] magneto question

I have been fooling around with a Maytag mag and am having some problems.  I
replaced the condenser and reset the points.  I had no spark at all and now
I get a very feeble spark.  I suspect the magnets need recharging.  They
seem very weak when a screwdriver is touched to them. Does anybody know
where to get this done.  Any other ideas?
