[SEL] Gas tank holdown

  Howdy all;
 Looking for any information/pix's regarding the gas tank holdown on a 1910 
5hp Galloway Sawrig.  Evidence shows a previously installed 1" band around 
the circumference halfway up the tank.  This tank is 12" in dia. and ~ 16" 
high with a coned top.  Evidence also shows 4 holes in the top of the frame 
rails, just outside the circumference.
