[SEL] O.T. New Home Wiring Questions

Ok you electrical guru's I am ringing your phone again.

I am now 98% through with wiring my son's new home and I am now ready to
start wiring the phone and satellite circuits and here is my questions:

(1) I will be using CAT5 unshielded wire for the telephone circuits and RG-6
Quad Shield for the Satellite circuits.
(2) Is it better to run separate boxes, that is a separate box for the phone
wire and a separate box for the satellite circuits or just run both circuits
in one
box and install a modular outlet (multi-port outlets) If I use one box
for both circuits I was thinking of getting a modular connector that would
have
     (2) CAT5 jacks, one for the phone and one for the computer and then (1)
RG-6 jack for the Satellite.
(3) I am going to wire the telephone circuits with home runs from each box
to the outside of the house. What type of termination box do I need to use
on the outside to wire all of the home runs in? Do I need to have this
available before they brick the house so they can mount it in the brick or
do I
just use a surface mount box after they finish the bricking?
(4) I know that I need to keep the phone wires a minimum of 6" from any
electrical circuit and preferably 12" but I assume it is ok to go past these
circuits
since they are in the same wall. I don't mean run parallel with them,
just past them in the wall.

I would appreciate any recommendations on wiring up the telephone and
satellite TV circuits.

Thanks,

Paul
