[SEL] Updates to Oldengine.org website

We have updated the members and commercial pages, look for Jim Sherman's link in
the member's pages and a couple of commercial links elsewhere.

Apologies to Jim Dunmyer for the delay in getting this updated, he originally
requested the new links back at the beginning of June, but we have been a bit
busy over here.. :-))
