He's still sick , or so the reappearing adv for a wheel would suggest
that was a garden tiller with a mower tire mounted on it . If the pony motor
is bolted
down with stops on the slides it wont get under the wheel . but with no
overrunning clutch
there will be a difference of opinion between the two when she starts and
tire smoking

 imagine a pair of parralell tubes for motor mounts one slides inside the
other .
 The outside pair bolted to the enginewith a big lever and several big
springs .
The inners bolted to the engine frame .start the pony , delatch and  let the
springs
pull it into the wheel slowly with the lever . if the engine lights , you
pull it back and latch out .
