Hi Tom,
The first thing you need to do is to determine is if it is REALLY
the charger that is causing the problem. This is easy to do. First, be sure
that the fencer is plugged in. Second, urinate directly on the fence
wire--this works best if the ground is a bit damp. Once you have performed
this simple test, let me know the results and I'll advise you as to the
next step in the procedure.
