[SEL] Info on Communications OT

Curt,

	Excellent point as the cost of faxes can get in the pocketbook.  I 
wonder if adding a fax line number to the Do Not Call list would do any 
good?  I wished there were a Do Not Spam list (other than filters). 
That would be a tremendous asset to all on the SEL.
