[SEL] Info on Communications OT

I put every phone number I have and some for other folks on the Do Not
Call list. It covers any communication device on those lines so a fax is
covered.
On the cell list you actually have to opt IN to the list. So if you have
a cell phone you will be asked if you want your number on the list or
not. No charge either way and if you want to take the number off later
they will do that for free as well. Which means none of the 6 cell
phones I have will be on the list. (the entire family has cell phones
under my account).
