[SEL] Briggs Valves

Take off the flywheel, bolted 
on, and turn it 180 degrees and try it again.

Thanks Leroy - - - I thought that might make a difference also.
I've alweays marked the flywheel with chaulk because I felt it was
critical 
to be a certain way.
Tried that a couple times - No change.
