The little one is in the back of the Sierra/Primeline Illus. book and
Kay-Deee
makes the big one for auto sized flatties . I keep one of each .They are the
only way to fly .
I have used screwdrivers , wrenches,, lathe bits ,  and fingers . Its doable
.

The socket and a hammer trick . Now THAT I gotta try
