You could explore the 'collusion' or co-operation between parties to 
commit an action, usually criminal.  You could say it was to promote 
harassment of you for their own financial benefit.  A lawyer should know 
the proper term for it.  The feds have used it to get judgements against 
organized crime figures.  Then ask for recompense for your loses.  Don't 
know if it will do any good, but worth looking at.
