[SEL] Model Engine Coil

If you want to use 12v on a low tension setup, a Ballast out of a fluro 
light fitting works well.
Also, the primary winding of a car coil is ok.
You only need a coil to give a back EMF so the spark has the guts to jump as 
the points open.
