[SEL] Economy Engine research

Hi All,
Was at a small engine show yesterday and a guy brought in a 
Economy 8hp, serial: 36462.  He was told by the previous owner
that it was a Sparta Ecomony engine.  Does any one have information
on this engine so I can help him out?
