[SEL] Stolen Australian Vinco marine engine

In 2006 a Vinco was stolen from an exhibitor at the Canberra Rally (not at 
the rally itself) see

Does any one remember the owner who had a few marine engines and a boat on 
display as I seem to have lost the details and may have some info on the 
engine.
