[SEL] Quiet

Hi Chester,
We are not going quite as big but it will be a big change from what we have
now. We plan on going from out 2 bedroom place with a land area of about
170sq/m to something with 3 or 4 bedrooms on a 500-600sq/m block with at
least a double garage. It will give more room for the little man and his dog
and will allow me to keep a couple of big engines at home :)
