Hi Patrick,
we are in the process of doing this, i have moved from a 1/4 acre block to 
10 acres,
slowly setting up sheds & my private museum/collection, i still manage to 
sneak in a bit of engine work,
it is also great for the kids, you wont regret it, cheers,
