[SEL] Shipping from Pittsburgh to Belgium

USPS seems to have the corner on the market for small parcels to foreign
countries.  You may be up against some restrictions on package size with a
stroller, but the usps.gov website will pretty quickly tell you what your
cost will be.

Folks,

A colleague at work wants to ship a special baby stroller to her cousin in
Belgium. 
It weighs ~30 lbs, but is fairly bulky.  The first quote she got was $500
from UPS.

Has anyone had experience with a small package shipper going overseas that
might be
a cheaper option?
