Anyone who gets the Farm and Dairy newspaper, from Ohio, there is a nice article written by Tom G. Downing (N.W. PA Steam Engine & Old Power Assc.)  concerning the Tod engine project and Rick Rolands.  He is also promoting their books on the subject.
