[SEL] R&V CR paint

Carefully stripping the red oxide paint of the hopper and the yellow off the
head I found some numbers on the hopper. These appear to be under the
original green paint. One lot are hand painted but the others are
stencilled. There are also some hand painted numbers on the offside
flywheels. Any ideas? My guess is that they are assembly or order numbers.
