[SEL] Fwd: OT help

Hi guys,
	This showed up in my inbox but I didn't see it come through on SEL.
	Reg needs some help. I've had similar troubles from the ISP's he 
mentions. Can anyone who used the mentioned ISP's forward this to 
respective ISP administrator.

I am unable to send mail to comcast .net, ameritech.net.sbcglobal.net
and a few others.
Most have this or similar.

Excessive userid unknowns from 210.50.76.235'
My server seems unable to sort it.
Any clues from the gurus out there?
It is bad as I cannot contact friends on those suppliers..
