[SEL] 22 hp stover

Hi Bill,
If you have Wendell's Power in the Past Vol3 there is a good cutaway of the
engine on page 79. If you don't I scan if for you.
The fuel return level is set in the pump by the level of the pipe into the
bowl.
The hit and miss governing is similar across all the Stover engines but I am
not sure how the throttler horizontals are setup.  I will look through my
files and see what I can find.
My vertical throttler has a different governing system to any other Stover
engines.
