[SEL] shootings OT

In case any of you watch the national news, a man killed 8 including 3 high 
 school kids yesterday, and had bombs set in his woods.  Also shot a state  
trooper helicopter down. He walked out of his woods and turned himself in  
just after daylight this morning after spending the  night there. It is in 
Appomattox, Virginia where I live.  It  is a very small town and a real 
tragedy.  The man must have gone completely  off his rocker.  So far I do not 
know anybody personally.
