I have one Peter.
I bought it off EBay several few years ago.
(Several few is a term that means I have had it quite a while but I don't remember just when I got it)

The funniest thing about mine is the company that sold it.
It is something like,,, The Paine Medical Apparatus Company.

A more sophisticated version  was sold as a 'medicinal instrument',
and still appear in the UK on ebay occasionally in the Collectables.

Weather cr*p again, -10 C or so last night, just been up to feed the
nags, water buckets frozen over with 1" thick slabs of ice on top.
Nasty job that, breaking it up then fishing the bits out of the water
:-((
