What's a ball park figure on the value of a 7hp Economy on a factory drop frame saw rig?

Unrestored, hasn't run in many years, has Webster Tri-polar.  Don't know if it is stuck or not, but looks complete in the photo I saw.  Currently in a building, but don't know if was previously stored outside or not.

Owner is looking for a good home for this engine.
