I developed this lovely condition about a month ago. Currently in the
right ear only. Strange thing is that it comes/goes. Seems worse when I
wake up in the morning.

Same time it started I also got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and
hypertension...

Man getting old isn't fun.........
