Maybe you should post a picture or two of the calibrator and process  for 
those of us that have never done it either.
 
I have been putting my screen cooled Famous back together today that I have 
 had apart since last winter when I had some cylinder/piston machining work 
done  to it.  With all the piping/etc., it is like a jigsaw.
