[SEL] Salt water rust

An idea to consider. There was an inboard made here in Oz that had a copper 
'dome' waterjacket fitted as standard.(Cant recall the name)
It was held in place by a retaining nut. The spark plug in the centre was in 
a sort of short tube as part of the inner cylinder.
The nut screwed down on this.
Could be a way out as there wont be the stress from welds.
