[SEL] Buzz saw

I know that several of you have saw rigs so I'm comming to you for help with mine.  I tried using it last fall to saw some firewood for the steam engine with little success.  The teeth look to be in good shape but there seems to little or no set to them.  How much set should the saw teeth have?  How to I set them properly?
