Hi Rick
I pretty sure they are the 3.73 gears; I caught mine quick enough that all
they did was install new retainers and bearings.
Here is a list of the parts they used;
2 9420095 Bearing
2 15801507 Seal
1 12471590 Seal
1 26053758 Bearing
1 9413427 BRG ASM-R
2 15588312 Lock Diff
1 1052943 Sealant
2 89021677 Gear Lube
2 12378392 Cleaner
1 12479162 Spacer
This is what the Tech wrote on the repair bill.
Front end noise: Found that one of the locking tabs was broken in the front
diff. Letting the adjuster move and putting the ring gear to far from the
ring gear. Replace locking tabs, side bearings, Pinion Bearings, and axle
seals. Set up the ring and pinion.
Hope this helps,
DAve

Thanks Dave in cold and snowy Idaho :-)
Do you know if you have 3.73 gears or 4.11's? So far one is 600 rockets
with the other around 1300..minus labor. What size engine do you have?
