[SEL] Stuck Piston Rings

Hi Jerry,

If the old rings are in good shape and the engine has good compression, why would I
want to replace the rings?  If, OTOH, the rings are shot and you have no
compression, then you evaluate the rings and cylinder bore and fix what needs to be
fixed.

Personally, I'd rather spend the money on beer than on unneeded new rings.
