[SEL] Stuck Piston Rings

I finally got the piston out of my Ottawa ES 4282 , 4 HP and the rings will 
not budge. They are packed in with carbon. I had the piston soaking for a 
couple of weeks in a metal paint can in Acetone and ATF. The surface looks 
nice and clean but the rings are stuck. I may have broken one of them 
already. I was thinking that maybe some hydrogen peroxide would oxidize the 
carbon?  Any ideas?????????
