[SEL] Fw: updateing web page

hello Jim,
 I have been trying to up date my web page but it will not load, I get a message 
 ( Microsoft FrontPage,
bad parameter passed to web server extensions. check the information you entered & try again.)

I have change things three time but do different, is there a maximum you can except.
